🙏EXERCISE SAFELY :
Always exercise within your own comfort zone and range of motion by listening to your body. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints. Focus on calm breathing (deeper than you would normally) and really develop the feeling of each movement. FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW. Remember to take a rest and pause the video anytime you need to. Have a drink of water near by and stay hydrated.
