This is about my amazing stay at Pal Rajah Desert Camp next to Khuri Sand Dunes near Jaisalmer. Let's talk about my experience and how I enjoyed it. In this Vlog I have also shown the options of staying in a mud house and a tent.

My stay at Pal Rajah Desert Camp near the Khuri Sand Dunes was a magical experience, combining rustic charm with cultural immersion. Nestled amidst the golden sands of Rajasthan, the camp offered two unique accommodation options—a cozy mud house and a luxurious tent. I opted to explore both, and each had its charm. The mud house, with its traditional architecture and earthy interiors, provided a cool, calming retreat from the desert heat. The tent, on the other hand, blended comfort with adventure, offering a more intimate connection with the desert surroundings.

The camp’s culinary offerings were equally delightful. The buffet featured a delectable array of Rajasthani dishes, showcasing the region’s rich flavors. From dal baati churma to gatte ki sabzi, every bite was a celebration of Rajasthan’s culinary heritage.

Evenings at the camp were the highlight of the experience. Under a starlit sky, I was treated to an enchanting performance of Rajasthani folk music and dance. The Kalbelia dance, with its mesmerizing swirls and rhythms, left me spellbound, while the soulful tunes of the traditional instruments created a magical ambiance. Guests joined in the festivities, making it a joyous cultural exchange.


The combination of serene desert landscapes, cultural richness, and warm hospitality made my time at Pal Rajah Desert Camp unforgettable. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and an authentic taste of Rajasthan’s vibrant traditions.
