Sometimes, the Shopify CLI will fail to create an Ngrok tunnel fro you, even though it gives you an Ngrok address. But if you check your Ngrok account, there’s no active tunnels - hence the Ngrok 3200 errors you see.
By deleting the ngrok.pid file, the Shopify CLI will correctly connect your Ngrok tunnel, and render your application.
