• Vacuum all carpets and floor mats
• Vacuum all hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, tables and other furniture
• Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces with disinfectant
• Mop all hard floors with disinfectant
• Remove cobwebs from front entry and immediate surrounding areas
• Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames
• Clean automatic glass doors inside and out
• Wipe all internal glass
• Polish all brass and bright work on doors and cabinets
• Spot clean walls and painted surface

Pricing:
Jack Boyd Janitorial Services charges a flat rate fee of $47 per man hour for commercial and residential services. For carpet cleaning, we charge the flat rate fee of $47 per man hour and bill you at our cost for carpet cleaning and deodorizing solutions.

We gladly accept:
• Checks ($35 return fee applies)
• Money Orders
• PayPal Payments
• Credit Card Payments via your invoice payment button or via PayPal.

* Please Note: We have a policy against accepting cash. We do this for the security of our employees and for accuracy and convenience of your record keeping.

Cancellation Policy

We won't charge you our standard $25 Cancellation Fee as long as you call, text or email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a flat rate approach to charging for our services. We charge $47 per man hour. If we fail within the billed service period to perform to professional standards, we will gladly make it right! Just keep in mind that to perfect a cleaning task, it takes time. You must agree to budget enough time for us to do our job correctly.
