Access the Falanaar Tunnels by dropping in the central room from the surface or by entering the tunnel the opening along the river that flows south from Falanaar. In the room that extends east out of the central room, continue up the steps and find the rare spawn Broodmother Shu'malis guarding the Leyline Feed. It seems that this is the rare spawn's only function, as it does not drop any exceptional loot. Right-click the Leyline Feed and offer 250 Ancient Mana to complete this quest. Ancient mana can be found from killing enemies, skinning enemies (possibly blacksmithing, I can't confirm at the moment), completing some quests, opening treasure chests, and through some events and location-based occurrences in Suramar. This location is marked as Falanaar North for the Leyline Bling achievement.
