Green Masala Paplet Fry
Ingredients
1 Large size pomfret
For Marination
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
Lemon Juice
For Green Masala
Mint Leaves
Coriander
Green Chillies
Garlic
Ginger
Lemon Juice
Salt
For Fish Coating
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Lemon Juice
Semolina (Rava)
For Garnishing
Green Chutney
Lemon Wedges
Instructions
1. Make a proper slit on Pomfret for stuffing
2. Add lemon, salt, and turmeric Powder for fish marination
3. Green Masala - Mint Leaves, Coriander, Green Chilies, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon juice & Salt
4. Sauté the green masala with red chili and turmeric powder
5. Stuff green masala inside the pomfret
6. Mix Red chili, Turmeric Powder, Salt, and lemon for fish coating
7. Spread it on the stuffed pomfret
8. Coat the stuffed pomfret with semolina
9. Pan fry the Pomfret on both the side
10. Serve with lemon wedge & coriander chutney
