The Surulere Constituency I State Assembly election is looking to be a movie because of how fierce it's promising to be and practically as the front runners are actual actors.


With veteran actor and movie producer-cum-politician, Desmond Elliot as the candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) and 'The Johnsons' star, Olumide Oworu as the flag bearer of the raving Labour Party, the election promises to be a clash of Nollywood titans!


While Elliot is the incumbent lawmaker representing the constituency, 28-year-old Oworu still stands a chance with the recent surge of the Labour Party, backed by the euphoria of the Obidient Movement.
