Topic: Will Bangladesh mbbs degree be valid in India Now?
NMC 4 (b) Point- The medical qualification/degree must be registrable to practice
medicine in their respective jurisdiction of the country in which the
medical degree is awarded and at par with the license to practice
medicine given to citizen of that country.
BM&DC NOTICE FOR FOREIGN MEDICAL STUDENTS - After completion
of internship we issue registration to native Bangladeshi & to
foreigners who apply for registration. But foreigners are not allowed
to practice in Bangladesh & it is written in their Registration
certificate.
For various reasons it is current law of council that foreign medical
graduates will not get practicing licence in Bangladesh.
