The UK premiere of Philip Glass's much-anticipated new opera, The Perfect American which vividly re-imagines the final months of Walt Disney's life.

This new production reunites the award-winning creative team of Improbable and 59 Productions whose sensational staging of Philip Glass's Satyagraha was a popular and critical success for the Company with 5-stars across the board and sell-out performances.

This time round they are joined by 2000 Olympic Games designer Dan Potra and choreographer Ben Wright to bring to life this remarkable story using their own unique visual language and characters. Fresh from their success in Madrid the celebrated cast come to London with Christopher Purves playing Walt Disney, David Pittsinger his brother Roy and Janis Kelly as studio nurse, Hazel George.
