New Delhi, Dec 03 (ANI): After former Chief Election Commissioner Om Prakash Rawat opened up about note ban, Demonetisation and BJP expenditure, Congress leader Anand Sharma asserted, “Demonetisation didn’t hurt the real offenders and the hoarders of Black money; it only hurt the poor people who had small savings and who use to keep cash whether the farmers, housewives, small traders, entrepreneurs, daily income earners and wagers etc.”
