Getting into comic books can be a very daunting task, especially if the particular character you are interested in has fifty plus years of continuity. As one of the world's most popular superheroes, Spider-Man is getting a lot of attention these days and more and more fans are trying to get into the medium that gave birth to everyone's favorite wall-crawler: comic books. Spider-Man is a character that has almost sixty years of history! How can a new fan realistically gain a solid foundation of Spider-Man continuity without going back and ready hundreds of issues of continuity (not to mention spending exorbitant amounts of money). In this week's episode, we go over the absolute essential Spider-Man stories that fans should read, in order to get a solid foundation of what makes Spidey one of the most popular superheroes of all time!
