Probably the best meal I have ever had was at the Highroller Lobster Company in Portland Maine this past summer on my cross country road trip. Not only is the lobster as fresh as you can get, everything else about the experience was amazing too. The staff are fantastic, the bread is amazing, the sauce... oh my God the sauce. Come for the lobster stay for the sauce.
Don't sleep on the oysters either. I am not a fan of oysters but the Nauti Sisters Sea Farm oysters I had at the Highroller were hands down the best I have ever had.
