A homeowner has been left ‘speechless’ after council rubbish contractors drove a lorry over a parking bollard outside their property. After noticing the hundreds of pounds worth of damage caused in front of flats in Clapham, London, the rubbish collectors then lobbed the section into a hedge before driving off. The homeowner was shocked to return home after a day at work to find the broken item and immediately searched the camera recordings.
