👉Ingredients :
-Green fresh Chinese broccoli 4 pcs
-Carrot 1 pc
-Sardines in tomato sauce 1 can
-Garlic 1 pc
-Fresh chilli 2 pcs
-Oysters sauce 1 tbsp
-Raw sugar 1 tsp
-Fish sauce 1 tsp
-Water 3/4 cup
-Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
👉How to :
-Wash and cut Chinese broccoli, carrots as picture
-Peel garlic and chopped
-Chopped chilli
-Put vegetables oil into the pan at medium heat, put garlic, chilli and cooked until you can get smell
-Put Chinese broccoli and stir around 1-2 mins then put carrots and sardines
-Put oysters sauce, fish sauce, raw sugar, water and stir until all vegetables are cooked or taste whatever you like
-Ready to serve
