Kentmere is a notoriously bad place to park, so as it was coronation day I thought it would be quieter.
The forecast wasn't great, MWIS predicted low cloud with a 40% chance of clear summits, it was wrong for the better!!

I set off from Kentmere up the East side of the valley taking in Shipman Knott's, Kentmere Pike, Harter Fell, Mardale Ill Bell, High Street, Rampsgill Head then doubling back to Thornthwaite Crag for the night.

The following morning returnin via the West side of the valley via Froswick, Ill Bell and Yoke.

Oh it's Small Water not Sprinkling Tarn, can't do early mornings 🙄😁 Bad thing is I camped there a few years ago so should remember it.......
