This video show you how to Publish an Articulate Storyline content for Tin Can API and export the content in a zip package.
Should work with Articulate Studio as well.
The exported zip package can be uploaded to WordPress using GrassBlade xAPI Companion plugin. Or, any other LMS that supports Tin Can API.
You will also need a Learning Record Store like GrassBlade LRS:
