ILOILO CITY: Iloilo City Dinagyang 2018 Opening Salvo
Iloilo Dinagyang Opening Salvo is done every second week of January as a teaser for the incoming Dinagyang Festival.
The tribes will perform a free concept festival presentation followed by a street parade as they head to their next designated judging area.
The main judging area this year is at the Iloilo Freedom Grandstand.
