There was no way I could make eye contact with anyone once I dropped my pants. Once my pants were back up no problem. Even when the nurse tried to distract me while performing the procedure I would not look at her. Also, there was no way I could look down at my penis the first time I was cathed. You're mentally going through so much and I felt like my lil buddy was broken and life was over. You may need to go slowly so you can digest it all.
