The story is touching, the acting is incredible and the cinematographic direction is impeccable: it’s easy to understand why “Monsieur Lazhar” was picked from among 34 other movies to represent Canada in the next Oscar race in 2012. For Rodeo FX, it represented a second collaboration with noted filmmaker Philippe Falardeau and micro_scope, an independent production company. It was an honor for us to be involved in the VFX work.
