The Expanding Prosperity Impact Collaborative (EPIC)is a first-of-its-kind effort to shine light on economic forces that severely impact the financial security of millions of Americans. Each year, EPIC targets one consequential consumer finance issue to investigate in depth. This year’s topic is income volatility, which destabilizes the budgets of nearly half of American households.
