The original "do-nothing" lure, Charlie Brewer's Slider Worm is as old school as it gets. Do you know how to properly fish the Slider Worm? I didn't! This finesse worm has been on my radar for some time, but I never knew how to properly fish it. Turns out the Slider System is a complete system for catching bass, and when you get the right rod, reel, line, lure, hook, and retrieve dialed in, this technique can be deadly for largemouth bass. Worm fishing for bass is one of my favorite methods to catch bass, and I can't wait to keep throwing the Slider in other fishing situations, especially when fishing for pressured bass.
