My order which was scheduled to be delivered on 29th Sep '20 was updated with a fake failed delivery attempt. I reached out to the Amazon's Customer Service Team and they assured a delivery the next day which had a repeat incident of fake attempt marked the next day too. I again called them on 30th Sep '20 and got an assurance of delivery by 1st Oct. The third time it was marked unable to deliver on 1st Oct. I called again on 1st and spoke to Escalation Team Member Sakthy who assured delivery on 2nd Oct. And the order was returned to seller.
I further requested for escalation and got call from the Customer Service Manager - Aditya. You can hear the call and the empathy shown by this lady.
