CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The family of a 16-year-old shot and killed on Fountain Square will not collect from the police officer who pulled the trigger.

Davon Mullins had a gun and reached for Officer Oscar Cyranek's weapon. Their fight was caught on surveillance cameras. An internal investigation cleared Officer Cyranek.

The teen's family filed a wrongful death suit against the officer. A federal judge ruled the Mullins family did not demonstrate the officer's actions were unreasonable, malicious or reckless.
