A mass in celebration of the life of the late Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has been held at St George's Cathedral in Cape Town. The service precedes the commemoration of Africa Day this week, which marks the launch of the Organisation of African Unity on the 25th of May 1963. It is celebrated in countries across the continent.
