This project combines the beauty of handmade paper flowers with the charm of a heart-shaped shadow box, making it an ideal piece for special occasions, home décor, or heartfelt gifts. I used 35 sheets of purple 65lb cardstock to make rolled paper flowers.

You need a Cricut machine from the Maker or Explore series to complete this project. Either a Cricut Maker 3, Cricut Maker, Cricut Explore Air 2 or Cricut Explore 3. You cannot use a Cricut Joy to make this project because that machine does not make cuts wide enough. I cut my flowers out to be 8" wide in order to make a 2" paper flower. The Cricut Joy only makes cuts 4.5" wide so you would end up with tiny flowers.
