Deysha Adriana claims her 14-year-old bother and cousin were yelled at by a woman near Williams Park in St. Petersburg, Florida, because a gum wrapper was dropped on the ground.
"He was going to pick it up until she started calling him out of his name," Adriana wrote on Facebook.
