KFDM News - Police charged three teenagers with burglary of a habitation.Officers arrested Tirius Elam, Leonard Guillory and Jamard Living. They were arrested following the burglaries of two Beaumont homes.According to police, a man reported a burglary in progress in the 5400 block of Winfree Street. Police say two men entered the home by kicking in the door and then fleeing in a green Taurus.
