Baked chicken thighs are a super quick and delicious protein for weekday dinners. Make a rice and a salad while the chicken’s in the oven for a complete meal in 45 minutes. Cooked at 425°F for about 35 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature. Keep in mind that if you’re using chicken thighs with bone in and skin it’ll take about 10 minutes longer.

Paprika
Chopped garlic
Red pepper sauce
White wine
Freshly squeezed lime juice at the end
