One of the first questions I get asked by everyone who calls my law firm is do I have a case. Generally I tell them you might have a case if you can answer yes to these two questions: 1. Did you test positive to a reportable bacteria and that can be E. Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter, or others. 2. Were you contacted by a health department that asked you what food you ate before you got sick. Those are two very strong indicators that you are part of an outbreak. Very often we get calls from clients that simply do not have a case, but what sets my firm apart from others is that with each and every person that calls us we sit down with them, we examine all the facts, and we give them a full explanation as to why they do or they do not have a case that we can take.
