MediaCorp Ria 897 DJ Azura Goh credits her primary school Malay language teacher for her proficiency in the language she now uses at work. But she has never made the effort to see Cikgu Sharifah in person despite thinking of her often, until a chance encounter online triggered the urgency for Azura to meet up with Cikgu Sharifah for her long overdue show of gratitude.
