This black powder .577 Snider-Enfield carbine is awesome! Heres a bit of history… The Snider Enfield was designed as a stop gap for the British Military during the late 1800s. It was a Transitional rifle that had a faster rate of fire than the Enfield Pattern 1853 Musket. Eventually, it would be replaced by the Martini Henry. The particular Snider-Enfield in the video is a MKIII Carbine. It fires the .577 black powder cartridge. If you ever see this in a store, don’t underestimate it’s fun factor!!! This historic Snider Enfield carbine is truly a blast to shoot at the range! 💥
