The couple reportedly purchased the luxurious property for $60.85 million in cash, which was $15 million less than the asking price of $75 million. The house, known as the “Wallingford estate,” is situated on a 5-acre promontory and features 12 bedrooms, 24 baths, a 12-car garage, and space for 80 cars. It also includes unique amenities such as an indoor sports facility, a guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a guard house. The property offers various recreational options like a gym, pickleball and basketball courts, and a boxing ring. Additionally, it boasts a sports lounge, a bar, a hair and nail salon, a home theater, a wine cellar, a sauna, and massage rooms. The outdoor area features a zero-edge pool, and the property has two personal gated entrances.

The real estate deal was facilitated by Brett Lawyer, who previously managed Madonna and Katy Perry, while Ginger Glass of Compass acted as the agent for the sale. The couple had faced difficulties in their search, canceling escrow on three other residences, including a $64 million property and a $34.5 million house in Pacific Palisades. They had also listed J-Lo’s Bel Air mansion for sale at $42 million. During their search, they rented a property from Australian billionaire James Packer.

On the day of their move, several cars were parked in front of the new property, and carpets, flowers, and furniture were being unloaded. The couple’s previous real estate transactions include the sale of Ben Affleck’s property for nearly $30 million and the listing of J-Lo’s Bel Air mansion for $39 million, which is reportedly in escrow with a prospective buyer. Throughout their search, the couple has been frequently photographed touring expensive homes in the Los Angeles area.
