Now Kiryu's got Awano breathing down his neck, trying to get him to turn over Tachibana. A few more Substories have popped up for your enjoyment, but your next target is the Empty Lot. Head there, and Tachibana himself will show up to tell you that Kuze might not have been the one who set you up. Your next goal is ostensibly heading back to Kiryu's apartment.
On the way, though, you'll run into a new pal: Mr. Moneybags. Moneybags will teach you how to use the "Cash Confetti" skill. Simply press the Light Attack Button (Square or X) while out of combat, and the huddled masses will rush towards your pile. You can use this to deter enemies looking for a fight if you want to avoid them. Every time you use the ability, you'll spend 100,000 yen, which, to be honest, once you're rolling in it with real estate, is a paltry amount.
Your next destination is the marked location in Theater Square. Head there, and you'll note a big door down below the square. You'll speak to the "guard." Throw some money to get him to let you in. You can now access the JCC, the Japan Catfights Club. This also means that you can close out Real Estate Royale if you like. It may be worth your time, although there's no real rush. You'll have until the very end of the game to finish it if you like. I will say that if you want to do side stuff before switching characters, now's the time to do it.
Now, head to the north part of the district to head back to Kiryu's apartment. The next day, Dojima men will be out in force, and you won't really have freedom to move around. Head for the Kamuro Shopping Area, and you'll run into your first group of nasties. Barrel through them, then head south to the end of the area to find more dudes. Beat them down in two minutes so more don't show up, then continue south. You'll have one minute on the next fight, then thirty seconds on the next, thirty seconds on the next, and then as much time as you need to deal with a good seven guys, including one stronger one. Most of them are pretty easy if you're levelled up, so have fun. In the end, Kiryu gets help from an unlikely source.
Head down into the club and to the back. Your journey will end with a fight. It's Kuze: Round 2! He has a big jagged pipe instead of his usual boxing. He's a lot slower like this, but he hits harder. Take advantage of his sloth to throw some opportunistic combos in. Once he invokes Heat, he'll have a longer combo with the pipe, so avoid it if possible, or just block it. Retaliate with counters and heat actions to ruin him and end this chapter.
