The BX-960 is a great light for mountain biking or just biking in general. At full power - 960 lumens this light thrown a ton of light and the light just seems to flow down the trail very far. Even riding on the street the beam throw is great (about 180 meters)
The light is rated as waterproof but i wouldn't submerge it per say. It does have an IPX-6 rating.
