I found these 3 videos that I filmed from home just before the official lockdown for coronavirus started. They are to demonstrate that even in 1 minute you can get some physical activity in!
With the coronavirus pandemic the focus on health is heightened. We already know that regular exercise can help manage your weight, BP, cholesterol, blood sugar levels; lower your risk of heart disease and cancer; help reverse type 2 diabetes; boost your brain and prolong your life. But right now we need to use it to help boost our immune systems and keep us strong - body & mind.
Everyone has 1 minute. Give this a go, perfect for starting off small if you’re a beginner & then start adding more rounds. If you train regularly I challenge you & let me know how many rounds of this you can do back to back!
