Today I'm going to make Myeolchi Bokkeum, Stir-fried Small Dried Anchovies!
This is one of the most common side dishes in Korea. It’s quick and easy to make. And It has a sweet and salty taste so it really goes well with rice. 🍚
Especially anchovies are rich in Calcium which is good for making strong bones. 👍👍👍 What’s more, I’m going to put walnuts to add some crunchy texture and to make this dish more nutritious. It’s okay to put any nuts you have like peanuts or almonds.

👉YOU WILL NEED(for 4~5 servings):
Tiny Dried Anchovies(100g / 0.2lb)
Walnuts(50g / 0.1lb) (or any nuts)
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oligosaccharide(or honey)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds.
