This is a review of the PEAKMETER PM8233D Digital Auto-ranging multimeter sold on Amazon. I've been looking to upgrade from my old multimeter that has less features, no backlighting, will not handle 10 amp current testing, and does not auto-range. This meter does at a very affordable cost that won't break the bank! It's a Cat III meter so it will test up to 600 volts, 250 milliamps and 10 amp current. I like that the test leads are removable so that other leads can be added. It tests both AC and DC voltage and current, resistance (ohms), diodes, continuity, frequency (Hz), and current. It's perfect for the average tinkerer, hobbyist, home testing, vehicle electrical testing, etc. I am very happy with it so far. Please watch my video for a full review!
