Articulate Storyline 360 doesn't have a built-in function to zoom images by clicking them. One way to build this function is to use a separate layer for the zoomed image. But, that's not the best solution if you want to put a lot of images on one slide.

This video walks through a method that handles a lot of images easily by zooming an image when you use the mouse pointer to hover over a small version of it, called a thumbnail. You can place as many thumbnails on a slide as you like, and make each one of them zoom into a full-size image.
