Pomona resident Jacqueline Elizalde exercises her right as a member of the public and addressed the Pomona City Council. A quorum was conducted by commissioners of the Pomona Preservation Commission that violated the Ralph M Brown Act.
Jacqueline asks that public officials and appointed commissioners conduct government business in a transparent manner.
