This is a very peculiar shrub rose and is very closely related to the species Roses introduced by David Austin in 2013 the shrub produces large crimson deep pink blooms on nothing stands around 4 1/2 feet tall
When you say that most roses are floppy most people assume that’s down to the stems Not being able to support the weight of the flowers in this case that simply not the case the growth is Woody and upright. Is the blooms themselves which face the floor my suggestion with this rose is the plant it in a pot can it up high where you can look up at is incredible flowers and enjoy it the wonderful fragrance
