This yummy lamb burger is very delicious and flavourful. You can use lamb, beef or chicken mince. It taste good with any type of protein.
If you wish you can use egg instead of bread for binding the patty. You can just replace the bread with 3 eggs in the recipe. Bear in mind that you will not be able to freeze the burger patty for later frying if you use egg.
Ingredients:
Lamb or Beef Mince – 1 Kg
Onion – 2 Large
Mint – 3 Cups
Parsley or Coriander - 2 Cups
Green Chillies – 5-8
Bread slices – 4
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 2 and ½ Tbsp
Paprika Powder – 2 and ½ Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 and ½ Tbsp
Cumin (Zeera) Powder – 1 and ½ Tbsp
Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder – 1 and ½ Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
Salt as per taste
Milk to soak bread
Soy Sauce
