This is the absolute lowest quality beer I could make. Typically the most obvious reason to reuse yeast is to reduce the cost of each brew. There are several other practical benefits to reusing yeast within homebrewing - many yeast strains exhibit increased fermentation performance, flocculation, and enhanced flavor compound production when reused (re-pitched).
With the help of my lovely wife April & her friend Kat I wanted to see if they could spot any off flavors or noticeable imperfections.
