Flaky Parotta (Flaky Parotta)
INGREDIENTS :-
Parotta Dough Making Process:-
-----------------------------------------------------------
All Purpose Flour 750 grms,
100 ml Milk,
1 Egg,
1 tsp Salt,
1 1/2 tsp Sugar,
400 ml Water,
Knead well..
Apply oil,
Soak on 2 to 3 Hrs,..
(Let the Dough balls soak for 30 minutes)
Simple Chicken Gravy:-
Chicken Marinade process:
750 grm Chicken with Bone,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Salt
(Soak for 30 mins)
Spice masala:
6 Kashmiri chillies,
10 Cashews
(Roast well)
2 Tomatoes medium,
Grind well...
Gravy Process:
3 tbsp Oil,
2 Onion (medium) chopped ,
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
1 tsp Chilly powder,
1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
Add Marinade Chicken,
Add Spice masala,
200 ml Water,
(Cover & cook for 20 min on low flame)
1 tbsp Chicken Masala,
Cook 5 mins
for Garnishing
Kasuri methi,
Parotta Making Process:
Fry for Oil,
cook for medium flame,,
