If your SAFEJAWZ Custom Series Mouthguard is too tight or loose in a specific area, please follow this guide to make minor adjustments to the fit.

Step 1: Suspend the affected area into hot water for 10 seconds.

Step 2: Shake off any excess water and place the mouthguard back into the mouth. Take extra care that you don't burn yourself with the hot water.

Step 3: Use suction and apply pressure to the outside of the mouth to re-fit the mouthguard.

Step 4: Rinse the mouthguard with cold water to cool it down.
