The PROEX FOOD Vibratory Team often works with IQF/Frozen food manufacturers, and were approached with this question: how to help them break up large blocks and clusters of frozen product for weighing and packing, without inserting any foreign materials into the product.

The result is our block breaker and cluster buster. This two-stage system can be modified as needed, and has specially designed rollers spaced just right for your product.

Large blocks go in to the optional block breaker when needed and integrated, are broken into manageable clusters, and then those clusters are further broken down to more individual pieces.

Our Engineers work with you to design and build units that do this without damaging the integrity of the product.

We've used these on everything from blocks of frozen sweet corn to blocks of chicken pieces.
