Ryan and I decided to take a day trip to finally visit Virginia City, just outside of Reno. This small mining town was once thriving and pumping out gold and silver on the regular. It still has an 1800's feel to it and a great place to visit for the weekend, or even a quick day trip. The history, shops and restaurants are the perfect getaway, and is only 25 minutes from Reno and Carson City. Enjoy!!
