Famous Middle East Dessert Kunafa (Knafeh) Without Oven with Easy Cream Recipe
NOTES:
Use vermicelli or Pheni agr kunafa dough na mily
Kunafa Dough:
300-350 f kunafa dough (frozen) or vermicelli or pheni
1/2-3/4 cup melted butter
1/8 tsp orange food color
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Cream Filling:
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
6-7 tbsp. regular thick cream
1-2 cream cheese cubes (optional)
Sugar Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rose water
some rose buds (optional)
Pistachios for garnish
