In this video, we take an in-depth look at some of the gender biased laws present in India and their implications on me. Even if these laws were designed for protecting women, there have been cases when people feel that they have been used excessively and innocent men are left to fight legal battles. Laws will be issues such as Section 498A, the Domestic Violence Act, Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Act and others and the opponents of these laws will avow how the laws sometimes turn against men. Is the cause justice or has the time come for an overhaul?
