Welcome to another video. My name is Jade and I help people reclaim their power back, physically, mentally and spiritually. Today Im talking about Shadow Work. What is it? What can we do to do our own inner shadow work.

What does shadow work actually look like? In the spiritual community, theres a lot of fluff and glitter thrown around a lot. Many dont actually acknowledge the real, raw authentic brutality that shadow work Can be, and feel like.

The truth is, shadow messy,.. for egos death are messy and uncomfortable. Your essentially removing false layers from yourself, layers of negative traits, triggers, traumas that you've accumulated during your whole life. However, nothing is more rewarding and empowering once you Do remove these false layers, for now you find your True Authentic self, before all the B.S happened.

Its a long process of letting go, letting and more letting go. every time you do let go, you Rise up. Higher and Higher towards a content vibration of Love and peace, and full strength.

Never give up, never forget how powerful an strong you truly are.
