Dudipatsar Lake which is also known as Queen of the Lakes is one of the most Beautiful Lakes of Pakistan located in Lulusar-Dudipatsar National Park, Naran Valley Kpk.
It took an hour from Dudipatsar Lake down to Mullah ki Basti i.e. famous camping site of Dudipatsar Lake. After having a couple of boiled eggs and cup of tea we started our descend.
Taking a horse ride itself is an adventure and when you were riding a horse through green meadows along with crystal clear water surrounded by beautiful mountains, then this surely looks like a dream. Crossing Giant Glaciers and high altitude little pathways on horse is something I have never experienced before. And one more adventurous thing I experienced with these beautiful things was Rain Showers along the way. What an Incredible Experience it was.
After around 5 hours of downward trek we finally reached Besar, the main stop from where we started our trek to Dudipatsar Lake 2 days before.
And the Next day, we started our journey from Besar, Naran in rain again and reached Taxila at about 2 am after a lot of Zalalat happened due to punctures.
But in the End, Everything looks so beautiful when you recall your memories.

In this Travel Series I travelled from Hasilpur to Lahore, picked up my travel belongings and gadgets and left for Taxila. Zubair joined me from Taxila and we were then on the way to Naran - one of the most beautiful and hottest attraction of Northern areas of Pakistan.
Whole Ride was based upon Hit and Trial Basis. Due to Lockdown I didnt know about the route clearance and there were chances that I might be sent back from some checkpost.
On the way to Naran, Balakot Checkpost was Notorious for sending tourists back. But, Alhamdulillah somehow we managed to cross it and special thanks to police men appointed at Balakot Checkpost for letting us go.
After ride of around 12 hours we finally reached Naran at about 5am. We took rest for about 5-6 hours and then had a lunch from Punjab Tikka and then left for Besar that was our final destination from where Dudipatsar Trek starts.
We reached Besar at about 6pm after numerous water crossings and beautiful lush green valleys of Naran and Jhalkad.
